Vegan Açai Bowl

Acai bowls are the new TikTok breakfast. Acai berries are from south and central America, and although fresh berries are hard to get a hold off, its powder does the job.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of açai powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup of plant-based milk (almond, coconut, or oat)

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

  • Cacao nibs

  • Goji berries

  • Hemp seeds

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Sunflower seeds


INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, mix the açai powder, frozen banana, and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want a sweeter taste, add a tablespoon of maple syrup to the mix.


Pour the smooth açai mixture into a bowl. Get creative as you sprinkle on your toppings—use generous amounts of cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Feel free to add more fruits as per your liking.
