Whether you’re hosting a gathering or just treating yourself, these bars are sure to impress. This recipe is simple to follow and tastes amazing, making it a fantastic choice for both beginner and seasoned cooks.

Ingredients
250 grams digestive biscuits
110 grams unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
450 of dark chocolate
3 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a mixer, blend together the biscuits, butter, and salt until a moist mixture forms. Transfer this to the pan and set in the freezer.
In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of the cream and espresso with salt until hot. Pour it over chopped chocolate and let it stand for 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
In a large bowl, whipe the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold in the chocolate mixture. Pour it over the crust and cover with cling film. Chill for 4 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Once set, remove your chocolate mousse bars from the fridge. Cut them into squares or rectangles with a hot knife.
Garnish: Add a dusting of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or finely chopped nuts on top.
Fruits: Serve with fresh berries for a refreshing contrast to the richness of the chocolate.
