Chicken Balsamico

An easy dinner side dish. Pair with red wine.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Sea salt
Black pepper
Half a lemon
Oregano
2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A splash of Basamic Vinegar
Balsamic Glaze for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the chicken into fork sized bites and marinade in sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and oregano for 2 hours.
Heat up the olive oil, add the chicken and cook until tender. Finally toss in the basamic vinegar and serve with balsamic glaze.
